You must return any items within exactly 30 days of receiving your order. If your order appears broken or damaged you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unopened, unused and the original packaging should be included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return, allow up to 5 working days for it to be dealt with. You will then be notified by e-mail.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 72 hours.

Where is my refund?

This will depend on your payment method.

PayPal - your refund will be transferred into the Pay Pal account used to complete your transaction. Please check your balance before contacting us.

Credit or debit card - this may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Contact your bank for further information before contacting us.

Cash payment - you must come to the store to collect your refund.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item let us know by sending an email to

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is advised to use a tracked/recorded service for insurance and to track the progress of your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
